The Consultancy Bureau was founded by Tony Portelli, a senior commercial leader with three decades of experience building businesses, leading teams and delivering transformation.

As Regional Advertising Director, he led a £40m commercial operation in a highly competitive marketplace.

As Managing Director of The Argus, Brighton’s best known media brand, he led the transformation of a traditional publishing business into a multi-media organisation developing new revenue streams, evolving culture and creating a sustainable future in a rapidly changing market.
